Where The Wind Blows by ~Boring-Days:iconBoring-Days:

'Where the Wind Blows'

I am where the wind blows,
I wonder sometimes about the world,
I hear only deaf cries,
Or is it the cries that are making me deaf?
Nevertheless, I am where the wind blows.

I pretend to know what I'm doing,
I feel nothing at all,
I touch cold-slated hearts,
I worry of where we're all going,
I cry for what never was,
I am where the wind blows.

I understand life's not fair,
I say things I don't mean,
I dream of nothing but nightmares,
I try to make things all right,
I hope some day you'll be happy,
And you'll find me where the wind blows.

Ah, this one was written to the criteria of a poem we had to do for the book 'The Outsiders'.
I hope you like this one. It sparked a creative-streak in my poem and song writing. :]
